Our Safety Commitment

The Health and Safety of our Team and our customers is our priority and we have implemented strict safety protocols, procedures and guidelines to support efforts to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
2020. 2021. 2022. Updated 2023
Our entire Centre was deep cleaned during our initial closure period. We had an independent detailed Risk and Safety assessment completed, and we are following our updated health and safety guidelines. We will clean and sanitize regularly throughout the day, every day. This is for everyone’s benefit and we hope you will bear with us during these times.
We have separate entry and exit doors and sanitizers available at entry and exit. We have placed protective screens at the Reception desk where all Centre users should check-in.
Please see Pool and Gym Booking and pricing in the menu bar.
All pool and Gym users must exit the Centre if required, to facilitate cleaning and sanitising of the facilities . This is essential to comply with Covid-19 Safety guidelines, and we ask that you adhere to our Safety protocols at all times.
While we no longer require Health screening questions at booking or checking-in stage, we ask that you please do not visit the Centre if you are unwell.
Contact Tracing is no longer required.
Swim lessons and Aqua classes have recommenced. Updates will be provided when available.
