Having trouble getting to a fitness class?
We now have morning and lunchtime classes.
We have the increased the frequency our fitness classes to include
Monday 1:15pm to 1:45pm Circuit training with Margaret
Friday 7:30am to 8:00am Circuit training with Margaret
Challenge yourself for the 40 days of lent from the 5th of March until the 17th of April for a New YOU.
The €40 includes an exercise programme, Fitness test plus diet advice.
Along with using the gym as much as you like, one Fitness Class per week is included in the price!
Also weekly meetings plus progress reports with your instructor.
All challengers must sign up before the 26th of February.
